Employing people

To put it simply, we do not condone discrimination in the work place on the grounds of race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, age, disability and marital status. Companies are strictly required to ensure discrimination is avoided and stopped, companies are to abide by local and national laws or their benefits may be suspended and taxation increased. Sanctions are not off the table for disobeying conduct.

We do not cover the travel fees and expenses for those outside The Sohnland. Businesses are to not host unauthorised gatherings on the premises.
